1. Who we are

Infrascape Limited (Infrascape, we, us, or our) is a New Zealand company. We are responsible for personal information collected through infrascape.co.nz and related enquiries.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us through the website, we may collect your name, email address, message, and information you choose to include in your enquiry. Our form also sends the page URL and page title associated with the submission.

Where available, the form may associate a HubSpot tracking cookie with an enquiry. You can browse the website without submitting the contact form.

3. Why we collect and use information

We collect and use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, provide or discuss services, maintain business records, protect the website, and understand website performance.

Providing information through the contact form is voluntary. If you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or arrange a meeting.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the website and manage enquiries:

• HubSpot: processes contact-form submissions and provides the meeting-booking page. HubSpot may process information outside New Zealand under its own privacy terms.
• Cloudflare: provides hosting, security, and privacy-focused website performance analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is intended to collect performance metrics without collecting visitors' personal data.
• Google Fonts: the website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google when a page loads.
• Other providers: we may disclose information to professional advisers, service providers, or authorities where reasonably necessary to operate the business or comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Overseas processing

Some providers that support the website or our enquiries process may store or process information outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and to ensure that overseas disclosures are handled in a way permitted by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

6. Cookies and analytics

HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies to support form functionality and associate website activity with an enquiry when a tracking cookie is present. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand aggregate website performance. We do not use the website to intentionally collect sensitive personal information through analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some third-party features, including HubSpot functionality.

7. How long we keep information

We retain contact and enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction with you, unless we have an ongoing business relationship, need the information to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement, or are required by law to keep it longer. We then securely delete or anonymise it, subject to normal backup and provider deletion cycles.

We retain aggregated or de-identified analytics information only for as long as reasonably necessary for website performance and reporting.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you and request access to, or correction of, that information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact us first or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
